Before entering residential real estate, Bob built a long career as a technology executive and business leader, working in both large corporations and early-stage companies. Over the course of his career, he held executive leadership roles running organizations with annual revenues ranging from $25 million to more than $400 million, developing expertise in strategy, operations, and scaling businesses.
After years of entrepreneurial leadership, Bob recognized an opportunity much closer to home: joining his wife, Lyn Wise, to help grow and develop Lyn Wise Group into a leading real estate team serving the North Shore and North Suburban housing markets.

Bob’s connection to real estate began early. He grew up in a family deeply involved in the industry.
His mother was a North Shore real estate broker for more than 30 years, while his father built his career in real estate development and property management. That background provided early exposure to the dynamics of residential housing markets, property ownership, and long-term real estate investment.
Having lived in Highland Park for most of his life, Bob brings a strong understanding of the local communities, neighborhoods, and housing trends that shape the North Shore real estate market.

Outside of real estate, Bob enjoys spending time with his family and their mini goldendoodle, Riley. He is an avid racket sports enthusiast and plays tennis, pickleball, and paddle tennis, a winter favorite throughout Chicago’s North Shore.
